Wild foods expert Linda Runyon rejoins HerbMentor radio for a 90 minute wild edible plants walk. Linda is author of the Essential Wild Foods Survival Guide and dvd. She also design Wild Cards, a deck of wild edible plant playing cards. We cover lamb's quarter, and how to make flour. Also, dandelions (and dandelion french fries!), red clover, cattail and milk weed. We even take a trip to the Southwest to visit prickly pear cactus and tumbleweed.
